Clarence was born on July 4th, 1914.1 Clarence's father was Clarence Ramsey and his mother was Minnie Wade. His paternal grandparents were John Ezra Ramsey and Laura Emily Dennison. He was an only child. He died at the age of 59 on November 9th, 1973 in Sacramento, California, USA.1 -
