James Pulliam 
James was born in 1913 in Rockingham Co, NC. James' father was Grover Cleveland Pulliam and his mother was Ruth P. George. His paternal grandparents were James William Pulliam and Nannie Martin Cox. He had a brother named Carl Calvin. He was the older of the two children.General Notes
