Vashti Jane Proctor 
Vashti Jane was born in 1846 in Orange Co, NC and her baptism took place in Census 1860.1 Vashti Jane's father was Joseph Proctor and her mother was Susannah Roberts. Her maternal grandparents were Willis B. Roberts and Wife Unknown. She had a brother and three sisters, named Richard, Susan M., Martha and Lucy H..
