John Prescott 
John was born before April 1st, 1635 in Sowerby, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England. John's father was John Prescott and his mother was Mary Gawkroger. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Prescott and Ellen (Prescott). He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Jonathan, Jonas, Mary, Martha, Sarah, Hannah and Lydia. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died in 1636 in Sowerby, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England.General Notes
