Richard Orrin Powell

Richard was born on November 20th, 1819 in Bedford Co., Virginia.¹   Richard's father was Henry D. Powell and his mother was <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 57 on November 6th, 1877 in Cap Anderson.¹
