Geoffrey Plantagenet

Geoffrey was born in 1313 in Tutbury Castle, Tutbury, Staffordshire, England.¹ Geoffrey's father was Sir Geoffrey Plantagenet and his mother was Margaret De Mortimer. His maternal grandparents were Hugh de Mortimer and Matilda de Hereford. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, John, Matilda and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 31 in 1344 in Spain.
