Robert Peverell 
Robert was born in 1112 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.1 Robert's father was Lord Nottingham William (The Younger) Perevel and his mother was Avise de Montgomery. His paternal grandparents were William (The Elder) Peverel and Adeliza de Valognes; his maternal grandparents were Roger (Le Poitevin) de Montgomery II and Adelmode de la Marche. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Henry, Margaret and Helen. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 48 in 1160 in Bourn, Caxton, Cambridgeshire, England.2 -
