Charles Robert Parker 
Charles Robert was born on January 13th, 1937. Charles Robert's father was Alton B. Parker and his mother was Mildred Lorraine Chrisope. His maternal grandparents were Irl Roger Chrisope and Elsie Viola Hartnett. He had a brother named John Ross. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 3 on June 8th, 1940.General Notes
