Cecil Parish 
Cecil was born on March 17th, 1913 in Carroll Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Cecil's father was William Claiborn Parish and his mother was Laura Elizabeth Butler. His paternal grandparents were William Thomas Parish and Elizabeth Paralee Hall. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William Lester, Henry Lewis, Addis, Winifred, Willa and Marie. He died at the age of 64 in October 1977 in Carroll Co, TN.General Notes
