Zora Dean PAYTON 
Zora Dean was born on April 26th, 1884 in Parke Co., Indiana.1 Zora Dean's father was William Harvey PAYTON and her mother was Alice Massie DENMAN. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas PAYTON and Martha Ann STOUT. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Fred Earl, Ted Gilderoy, Jesse Claude, Grace Lee and Anna Gertrude. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 74 on October 4th, 1958 in Crawfordsville, Montgomery Co., Indiana.1 General Notes
