Ruby Clare Owsley 
Ruby Clare was born on January 19th, 1925 in Wheatland, Hickory Co, MO and her baptism took place in Moved.1 Ruby Clare's father was Elihu Owsley and her mother was Eva Clare Hartnett. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Rainey Owsley and Mary Emily Hall. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Dee Kemp, Robert Hoyt, Ila Mary, Leta May, Ethel Fern and Inolee Merle. She died at the age of 76 on December 7th, 2001 in Arlington, Arlington Co, VA. She was buried in Fisher Cemetery, Preston, Hickory Co, MO.1 General Notes
