Chester L. Oliver 
Chester L. was born on May 12th, 1924.1 Chester L.'s father was Jake Oliver and his mother was Rosa Lee Howell. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Howell and Pearly Alice Kingsley. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James, Buster, Aubrey L., Elvis, Della Rose and Opal Ureen. He died at the age of 75 on May 30th, 1999 in Riverbank, Stanislaus Co, CA.1 General Notes
