William Douglas Oakley 
William Douglas was born on December 7th, 1920 in NC and his baptism took place in Death Fact. William Douglas' father was James Spencer Oakley and his mother was Josie Weaver. His maternal grandparents were Raynor W. Weaver and Sylvester 'Vesta' Mae Roberts. He had four sisters named Grace G., Margaret Frances, Ruby and Helen. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 53 on July 29th, 1974 in Oxford, Granville Co, NC. He was buried on July 31st, 1974 in Elmwood Cemetery, Oxford, Granville Co, NC.General Notes
