Tom Oakley 
Tom was born in 1886 in Granville Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Tom's father was Andrew L. Oakley and his mother was Mary Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Duncan Oakley and Caroline Roberts. He had a brother and two sisters, named Samuel, Kate and Julia. He was the second youngest of the four children.General Notes
