Charles R Nelson 
Charles R was born in 1921 in Kentiucky.1 Charles R's father was Thomas Hatton Nelson and his mother was Fannie Alma Elliot. His paternal grandparents were John Robert Nelson and Mary Ann Price. He had three brothers and three sisters, named G, James D, Thomas H, Mary Alberta, Irene Elliott and Lillian Esther. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
