Joseph Thurston Nance 
Joseph Thurston was born on June 10th, 1926 in NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Joseph Thurston's father was Thurston Wilcox Nance and his mother was Ottis Cleo Quick. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Harding Nance and Mattie Sue Young. He had two brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named William Hardin, Thomas Maynard, Mattie Elizabeth and Marvin Everett. He died at the age of 66 on August 30th, 1992 in Statesville, Iredell Co, NC.General Notes
