Gilmer Sheppard NORMAN 
Gilmer Sheppard was born on January 31st, 1834. Gilmer Sheppard's father was William Sheppard NORMAN and his mother was Martha Adeline WATTS. His paternal grandparents were George NORMAN and Sally (Sally). He had six brothers and two sisters, named George William, Augusta, Thomas Harrison, Oliver Prince, John Corbett, Augustus Hampton, Mary Bedell and Alice Sheppard. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.-
