Emery NORMAN 
Emery was born in 1806 in N. Carolina. Emery's father was William NORMAN and his mother was Mary Polly KEMP. His paternal grandparents were James Madison NORMAN Sr. and Ruth ROBERTS. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, William H., Daniel, John, Joseph Thomas, Sally, Elizabeth, Ruth and Nancy. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named James Isaac, Hardy, Rebecca, Susan and Lydia.-
