Robert NEIGHBORS 
Robert was born on January 24th, 1855 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 Robert's father was James NEIGHBORS and his mother was Lucinda BUCKLES. His maternal grandparents were John Buckles and Belinda HART. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Alfred, Stonewall and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 56 on May 27th, 1911 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
