Philip F. Mundy 
Philip F. was born in November 1887 in KS and his baptism took place in Census 1900. Philip F.'s father was Samuel Wallace Mundy and his mother was Sarah Jane Stice. His maternal grandparents were Phillip Washington Stice and Sarilda Cockriel. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Jesse Eugene, Dick, Schilda I., Goldie L., Sylvia E., Bertha Eunice and Bell. He died at the age of 23 in 1910.General Notes
