Margaret Montgomery 
Margaret was born about 1489 in Eglinton Castle, Kilwinning, Ayrshire, Scotland. Margaret's father was 1st Earl of Eglinton Hugh Montgomery and her mother was Helen Campbell. Her maternal grandparents were 1st Earl of Argyll Sir Colin Campbell and Isobel Stuart. She had a brother and two sisters, named Laird of Eglinton John, Marion and Lady Isabel. She was the youngest of the four children. She died in 1580 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.-
