Francis Rebecca was born on September 1st, 1955 in NC. Francis Rebecca's father was James Albert Monroe and her mother was Ethel Roberts Caviness. Her maternal grandparents were Rev. Cicero Harris Caviness and Carrie Belle Roberts. She was an only child. She died at the age of 42 on June 24th, 1998 in Asheboro, Randolph Co, NC.General Notes
