Mary Jane McGrew

Mary was born on December 26th, 1820 in Grayson County, Kentucky.¹ Mary's father was Reed McGrew and her mother was Mary (Polly) Fulkerson. Her paternal grandparents were Robert McGrew and Dorothy Graham; her maternal grandparents were John Fulkerson and Margaret Bruner. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Robert, John, Willis, Parmenas, Andrew, Oliver, James, Valentine, Sarah, Elmina, Margaret and Elizabeth. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children.
