Joseph Lyon 
Joseph was born about 1675 in Greenwich, Fairfield, Connecticut. Joseph's father was Thomas Lyon and his mother was Mary Hoyt. His paternal grandparents were Richard Lyon and Margaret. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, John, Thomas, Abigail, Elizabeth, Sarah and Deborah. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Mary. He died on February 21st, 1761.-
