Joseph Kelsey 
Joseph was born on August 28th, 1738 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT.1 Joseph's father was James Kelsey and his mother was Eunice Andrews. His maternal grandparents were Daniel Andrus and Mabel Goff. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Daniel, James, Israel, John, Ephraim, Hannah, Eunice and Mary. He died at the age of 37 in 1775.1 General Notes
