William Coy Howell 
William Coy was born on November 30th, 1899 in Pacio, Delta Co, TX and his baptism took place in Census 1930.1 William Coy's father was Benjamin Franklin Howell and his mother was Pearly Alice Kingsley. His paternal grandparents were William H. Howell and Harriet Hannah Houser. He had a brother and four sisters, named Loyd Benjamin, Ola, Rosa Lee, May and Mamie Pearl. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 66 on August 17th, 1966 in Mc Farland, Kern Co, CA. He was buried in Delano Mcfarland District Cemetery, Delano, Kern Co, CA.1 General Notes
