Donald Howard 
Donald was born on August 23rd, 1924 in Hardin Co, IL. Donald's father was Laurence Albert Howard and his mother was Velda Marie Simpson. His maternal grandparents were John William Simpson and Yetta Lou Stokes. He had a brother and a sister, named Paul and Elinor. He died at the age of 76 on April 26th, 2001 in Rosiclare, Hardin Co, IL. He was buried in Howard Cemetery, Rosiclare, Hardin Co, IL.General Notes
