Captain Barbee Holman 
Captain Barbee was born on October 1st, 1880. Captain Barbee's father was James Benjamin Holman and his mother was Martha Jane Barbee. His paternal grandparents were John Calvin Holman and Winney Ford Roberts. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John M., George Albert, Boyd, Wade Hampton, Laura Belle, Permelia W., Birdie Glenn and Glena Ann. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 84 in December 1964.General Notes
