Ethel L. Higgs 
Ethel L. was born on August 21st, 1921 in McLean Co, KY. Ethel L.'s father was John Melvin Higgs and her mother was Mary Carrie Worthington. Her paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Melvin William, George Henry, Robert Emit, Maybelle, Anna J. and Lou Jane. She died at the age of 83 on February 23rd, 2005 in Lexington, Fayette Co, KY. She was buried on February 26th, 2005 in Owensboro Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Owensboro, Daviess Co, KY.General Notes
