Clifford Higgs 
Clifford was born in 1917 in McLean Co, KY. Clifford's father was Victor 'Val' T. Higgs and his mother was Mary Etta Morgan. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three brothers named Morgan, Willard George and Thurman M.. He was the youngest of the four children.General Notes
