Bobby Fred Higgs 
Bobby Fred was born on March 5th, 1934 in Morgan Co, KY. Bobby Fred's father was John Lemuel Higgs and his mother was Lucille Craig. His paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. He had three sisters named Winifred C., Doris Jean and Alice Jane. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 40 on August 29th, 1974.General Notes
