William Nely Harris 
William Nely was born on July 8th, 1831 in , Wilkinson, Mississippi. William Nely's father was Victor Nely Harris and his mother was Nancy Ann Netterville. His paternal grandparents were Victor Harris and Jemima Netterville. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John Matthews, Charles Victor Nely, Thomas Beck, Benjamin Despain, Susanah Jemima and Sarah Ester. He was the second oldest of the seven children.-
