David Carter Hampton 
David Carter was born on February 11th, 1915 in Rockingham Co, NC. David Carter's father was William Walter Hampton and his mother was Lizzie May Carter. His paternal grandparents were James Harris Hampton and Rebecca Catherine Klyce. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Walter, James Harris, Lettie Klyce and Mae Carter. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 18 in February 1933 in Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
