Fidelia HARGAN 
Fidelia was born on July 1st, 1854 in Indiana.1 Fidelia's father was Daniel HARGAN and her mother was Lavina SHEPHERD. Her paternal grandparents were George HARGAN and Rachel HIBBS. She had three brothers and six sisters, named George W., John H., Homer Frank, Mary Elizabeth, Emma, Rachel, Mary Ellen, Martha Almira and Lela May. She was the oldest of the ten children.-
