Sidney Godolphin

Sidney was born in 1634 in Godolphin, Cornwall, England. Sidney's father was Sir Francis Godolphin and his mother was Dorothy Berkeley. His maternal grandfather was Sir Henry Berkeley. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Sir William, Francis, Henry, Elizabeth and Jael. He was the third oldest of the six children.
