Thomas was born in 1360 in Brynhill of Brindle, Chorley, Lancashire, England.1 Thomas' father was Peter Gerard and his mother was Katherine. His paternal grandparents were William Gerard IV and Joan de Bryn. He was an only child. He died at the age of 56 on March 27th, 1416 in Kingsley, Runcon, Cheshire, England.1 General Notes
