Elizabeth Lucas Gee

Elizabeth was born in 1797 in Virginia.¹ Elizabeth's father was James Gee and her mother was Lucy Bugg. Her paternal grandparents were Neavil Gee and Catherine Lucas; her maternal grandparents were John Bugg and Lucy Pennington. She had four brothers and a sister, named John, Pennington, Jefferson, Sack and Sarah. She was the oldest of the six children.
