Dwight Martin was born on November 9th, 1862 in Poweshiek Co., Iowa.1 Dwight Martin's father was Daniel Locke GORSUCH and his mother was Mary Jane MURROW. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Lewis MURROW and Sarah BLUE. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Fred, Edward, George Robert, John Bosley, Clay Cecil, Sarah Elizabeth, Angeline, Lillie May, Rosa Belle and Laura Ann. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at 9 months old on August 9th, 1863 in Poweshiek Co., Iowa.1 -
