Margaret GIFFORD

Margaret was born about 1578 in Of, Brightley, Devonshire, England. Margaret's father was John GIFFORD and her mother was Honor EARLE. Her paternal grandparents were John GIFFORD and Mary GRANVILLE. She had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Arthur, Thomas, William, John, Joan, Maria, Elizabeth, Honor and Alice. She was the third oldest of the eleven children.
