Frances 
Frances was born on October 9th, 1904 in Person Co, NC. Frances' father was Edward Fuller Rhew and her mother was Jennie May Clayton. Her paternal grandparents were James Simpson Rhew and Frances 'France' Taylor Clayton. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Linzy, Newt, Love, Daniel Clayton, Saray, Carrie Sue, Evana and Arabelle. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 90 on July 21st, 1995 in Person Co, NC.General Notes
