Kelly Howard Foster 
Kelly Howard was born on July 27th, 1919 in North Carolina.1 Kelly Howard's father was Kelly Franklin Foster and his mother was Flossie Hester Anderson. His paternal grandparents were Zenus Dewitt Foster and Sarah Ellen Howard. He had two brothers named William Franklin "Bill" and Richard Roscoe. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 66 on July 20th, 1986 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth, North Carolina.2 -
