Joseph "Joe" Giles was born on June 16th, 1906 in Davie Co., NC, US.1 Joseph "Joe" Giles' father was John Giles Foster and his mother was Nancy Texanna "Anna" Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Henry Naylor Foster and Camelia CORNATZER. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry P, Clarence Woodrow, Anderson Ellis, Bailey Lee "Jack", Ann Ethel and Amanda Blanche Camilla. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 79 on January 1st, 1986 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth, North Carolina.1 -
