Hubert N Foster

Hubert N was born about 1928.¹ Hubert N's father was William Benjamin Foster and his mother was Isabelle Lucy Thompson. His paternal grandparents were Zenus Dewitt Foster and Sarah Ellen Howard. He had two brothers and a sister, named William Albert, Arthur N and Frances D. He was the youngest of the four children.
