Frank Foster 
Frank was born about 1895 in Indiana.1 Frank's father was George H Foster and his mother was Jane L. His paternal grandparents were James M Foster and Eliza Ann Allen. He had a brother and four sisters, named James, Virgie, Snow, Maud and Minnie N. He was the third youngest of the six children.-
