Barney Odell was born on October 19th, 1918 in Davie, North Carolina.1 Barney Odell's father was William Everette Foster and his mother was Annie Dora Foster. His maternal grandparents were Noah Burton Foster and Iva Addie Barneycastle. He had two brothers and a sister, named William E, Glenn Charles and Ruth Garnette. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 69 on May 7th, 1988 in Mocksville, Davie, North Carolina, United States of America.1 -
