William Elder 
William was born in 1847 in Grayson Co, KY and his baptism took place in Census 1880. William's father was Thomas J. Elder and his mother was Martha Sirles. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Sirles and Martha Roberts. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John W., Willmon, Pharaba Elizabeth, Fanny, Martha J., Peanna, Emeline and Sarah T.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died in Grayson Co, KY.General Notes
