Hugh Egerton

Hugh was born in 1426 in Betley, Staffordshire, England.¹ Hugh's father was Ralph Egerton and his mother was Elizabeth Mainwaring. His paternal grandparents were William Egerton and Helen Hawkestone. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Ralph, Urian, Richard, Ellen, Margaret and Anna. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 79 in 1505 in Wrinehill, Staffordshire, England.¹
