Margaret Downing 
Margaret was born in 1550 in Beccles, Suffolk, England. Margaret's father was George Downing and her mother was Elizabeth Cecil. Her maternal grandparents were Richard Cecil and Jane Heckington. She had three brothers named Barnaby, George and William. She was the second oldest of the four children.-
