William Douglas 
William was born about 1382 in Hermiston, Midlothian, Scotland. William's father was Sir Henry Douglas and his mother was Marjory Stuart. His maternal grandparents were Laird of Ralston Sir John Stuart and Alicia Mure. He had a brother and a sister, named Henry and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in 1421 in Hermiston, Midlothian, Scotland.-
