Hiram Decker 
Hiram was born on February 18th, 1895 in Grayson Co, KY and his baptism took place in Draft Registration. Hiram's father was James Eli 'Elias' Decker and his mother was Jo Anne Decker. His paternal grandparents were Valentine Decker and Louisa Cockriel. He had a sister named Mary Ann. He was the older of the two children.General Notes
